Thursday November 15, 2018 Cherokee Nation Health Services will be at Verdigris Public Schools offering Flu vaccines to all students ages 4 and up. Flu vaccine packets are available in the school office. Have your student or yourself stop by and pick one up. The permission slip and vaccine questionnaire must be complete prior to getting the Flu vaccine. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
