New HS Student Enrollment Packet for 24-25 School Year

If you are new to our district and are attending 10-12th grade, please download this enrollment packet.  Completed packets may be dropped off at the high school from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. or 1 p.m.-3 p.m..  You will need your immunization record, birth certificate, a transcript from your previous school,  two forms of proof of residency (utility bills, lease, or sales contract), and an Indian card.   If your student has a confidential file please bring any confidential file they may have.
