Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.  Please bring your application form, attendance and discipline records, to the Verdigris Public Schools Administration Building located at 26501 S. 4110 Rd., Claremore, OK 74019.

Register all children in the family at one time, eliminating filling out duplicate enrollment/verification forms.

Preparing for Online Registration

2024-2025 - NEW FAMILIES
Beginning April 9, 2024

FIRST - If you are not a legal resident of the district, you must apply for, and be accepted as a transfer before proceeding!

Be prepared for Online Registration by gathering the following documentation:

Household information -- Current driver’s license and two additional forms of proof must be submitted. THE LIST BELOW CONTAINS THE ACCEPTABLE ITEMS TO ESTABLISH RESIDENCY: 

  • Current vehicle registration that matches the driver’s license submitted
  • Current employee check stub with current address
  • Voter registration card
  • Government agency correspondence with current address
  • Utility bill: Current electricity, gas or water bill with current address
  • Authentic home builder contract, lease, closing statement, or other home dwelling document.

Parent information -- work and cell phone numbers, email addresses, as well as custody papers if applicable.

Student information -- demographic and health/medication information. Health/medication information consists of:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Health History
  • Medications
  • Allergies
  • Physician Name and Phone Number
  • Current Immunization Certificate

Emergency Contacts - full legal name and phone number for each contact

 

2024-2025 ANNUAL UPDATE/REGISTRATION FOR CURRENT STUDENTS

Beginning August 08, 2024

Please begin preparing for Online Registration by gathering the following documentation:

Household information -- If you are making a change to your address: Current driver’s license and two additional forms of proof must be submitted. THE LIST BELOW CONTAINS THE ACCEPTABLE ITEMS TO ESTABLISH RESIDENCY:

  • Current vehicle registration that matches the driver’s license submitted

  Registration (OLR).
